Ayurveda Tips Week One – Sadhana

The festivals program is filled with many wonderful Kundalini Yoga workshops for you to participate in. You can choose to partake in practice from early morning Sadhana through to the evening. That’s a lot of kriyas over 4 days!

To prepare your body and mind for this, it is advisable that you practice a daily Sadhana in the days leading up to the festival and to integrate back into life to do the same following the festival. This week marks 40 days before the festival begins and we have launched a pre-festival Sadhana for you to practice alongside the community. Practice with us live, or at a later time that suits your schedule.

By doing so, you will have prepared and strengthened your navel point and nervous system to be able to actively partake in the four days of the festival to your optimum capacity.

These tips have been shared by Namo Dev of Conscious Living, our community’s Āyurvedic and Homeopathic practitioner. Namo Dev will also be presenting at the festival as well as offering Āyurvedic tongue diagnosis and Sat Nam Rasayan healing with the Sat Nam Rasayan team. Be sure to drop in and say hello.
